Origami cranes: icarus. mid. air
For long time I have bin following icarus. mid. air. on Instagram. Any of his pictures I have seen reminds me from the Japanese legend of the one thousand origami cranes, a legend which I know already for a long time, whose origin I discovered short time ago. «The legend of Sadako Sasaki and the one thousand origami cranes».
To read this history makes me cry and simultaneously give me hope in the humankind. If you want to know more about this, you can find the whole history at Wikipedia. In a summary the legend says that if you do 1000 origami cranes the biggest desire you have will fulfill.
From here I cheer Icarus to keep on creating up these beautiful origami cranes, different and special everyone, and who has already given him its identity stamp. I would like, Icarus, if some day you mount an exhibition, being able to see your thousand exposed cranes and enjoying all of them simultaneously.
